At Bearcat Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your scanner or radio equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; returns without this number will not be accepted.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Ship the Item
Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping label and send the package to our warehouse via a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
